How desis save so much money?

We try to maintain our expenses in about 160k(one salary without the vested stock), our mortgage payment is 4200$, it is not easy if you have family and kids.  Just waiting for the mortgage to be paid in few years. We have to keep dipping into the second salary for basic expenses too sometimes, second salary we keep for our kids college expenses, cars and stocks investments outside retirement accounts.  If buying house with 150k, probably keep mortgage payment around 3000$.

I see Desis buying expensive houses even though they earn same as me or less than me.

Ala Emi ledu.. $100k Salary tho kuda konochu expensive stuff. It all depends on what your priorities are !

majority of desis don’t know any techniques of how to make huge money except for doing jobs and buying reals estate. Empty vessels make more noise ! Ignore them...

Buffet thatha ni chudu... he can buy the whole Nebraska state but he still lives in 30 plus years old house and drives 10 years old car.
