I am planning to return to the US on H1B (i140 based), so am I eligible for dropbox since my my last h1b visa expired within 48 months. Thanks in advance. "most recent visa in the same class" deeniki yes/no ani answer cheyali - I was not sure how to answer this. And in DS160 - they ask only about most recent visa. So kind of confused.
