Yes. Vethakaali. With a new state, u'll have to figure out the laws for mining of natural resources around central law's amendments (very imp. because they are liberal for new states for few years). frame new regional laws(would take at least an year, 'cuz they have to be acknowledged by central govt) and then proceed. Or, work on other investments coming from other countries (mostly constructions and industries) which needs only env agency's approval (ofcourse have to be acknowledged by center again. And in many cases center will acknowledge it if env agency gives their approval).

In CBN's time there were credits in investments and self financing projects, overall a state looking at a progressive economic maintenance in 10 yrs and self sustainable without gst. Now???

I think that’s why cbn was given the task to do and he utterly failed. Now its jagan’s turn. We will have to wait and see in 2024.

Dude any govt is given a 5 yr term. Don’t even think beyond that. You got to show some progress in 5 yr term when you think about 5yr or 10yr or 15 yr.

could u explain that please, by stating a valid evidence showing someone built a self sustainable state in 5 yrs (actually 2yrs, because there was a court stay for 3yrs on a petition by JSP, albeit their intention was legit)?

U said it bruh. There are no investments now because it wasn't complete. Once a capital (economic center) is made, investments, proposals flow in and it's a natural phenomenon we see across any upcoming territory. And, when you have lot of foot traffic, u have the proportionate economic growth in that region.
