Election campaign lo cheppedhi okati , Actual implementation is different .

Asalu state govt daggara paisal levu , they have stopped paying a lot of contract employees.

It would take a few months for the economy to recover and actually implement this pilot project

I mean this is not just Telangana , each and every state is suffering from falling revenue including the central govt . 

Central govt owes thousands of crores in GST compensation for many states , FCI dues are pending , etc 

Ofcourse Andhra Pradesh laga appu thechi panchachu but KCR is too clever for that
