I have taken a regal pass getting charged $23 a month 2 years back, due to covid they stopped payments and resumed charging again from last two months. I do not visit theaters anymore and I want to cancel. They disabled the option on the app and website and asking to contact them directly to cancel. I called over 30 times on different time and business hours but no one responds both on phone and emails. Local theaters are not able to help as well. they keep charging me 24 every month and giving me (customer) hard time to cancel. what can i do?
