In kabul there is atleast a war and people there never paid a paisa as tax to taliban. These are tax paying citizens and this is how indian govt treated them - no war nothing.

Evaru siggu vidichindi...entha mandi votes ese mundu alochisthunnaru..entha mandi dabbulu quarter lu teesukuni or kulum chusi vote lu esthunnaru...If people in India goes on a civil war with the Government then I agree with you in comparing this situation in those pictures with situation in Afghanistan...your comparison above is purely non-sense

nice try - blaming voters for voting and people for their drinking habits. Never blame the powerful and govt which grabs money from these people through taxes. 

Situations are exactly same - both situations were created not by people, not through any natural disasters but due to govt policies.
