Lawyer suggested once US ki vachina tarvaata apply chedaam anaadu. Now, his wife is back to US and applied 485 in Aug and no receipt number yet. but he(primary) got Medical RFE in June and has 87 days to respond. his RFE response time going to expire soon. and Medicals pampaala ani adigithe Lawyer gaadu spouse receipt number oche daaka wait cheyyi annaadanta... vaadu correct cheptunaado leka kaavalane aaptunaado endo..... anybody faced this kind of situation?
