We initially planned and paid a token amount for this venture and they said they have a tie-up with Phoenix. Same status since April - now they were saying Tata Projects. Most of this talk is to impress people, they don't have any formal tie-ups and as a project they make lot of noise. If you have a load of money and want to stay invested you mgiht buy, but if you are looking for a quick turnaround - no. We had enough experience with these guys.
