Try to get jobs in EST and PST ... like 2 different time zones..

One on speaker and second in Head phones... I am sure you will not have to speak in both the meeting 99% of the time... If you are worried about missing the points. Record the meeting which is on speaker...

1% same time matladalsi vachinappudu ... different use cheyyi... one time start talking and disconnect in the middle and say internet issue... complete the other one and join back.. if the same situation comes up again, you can ask for rescheduling one of the meetings after gaining confidence from them...
