6 months lost 10 kilos. Veeramachineni diet chesa baga tagga but malli put on ayya. Epudu just walking and playing table tennis for 2 hrs daily. And deinking green tea 3 cups everyday. Only one cup of rice 🍚 and sweets bandh chesa.
