But Modi always hate CBN right from 2002 incident... How PM ignored state CM when later asked appointment for 29 times? what does it mean?

Modi knows CBN capacity in development, bringing FDIs and gathering opponents... 

Even Shah also not enmity with CBN like Modi... But other leaders (at the time of Vajpayee) have positive towards CBN...
