Ori nee bathayo , the island was built with the advance payment from 1.5 mil home buyers . As of now china has ruled out any bailout for the foreign creditors and customers .

You simply don't understand what is happening , Evergrande has projects in over 200 cities but no one wants to take them because they are not enough to cover their liabilities . 

They even offered property as repayment but no one wants them 

There is a bailout coming for the domestic creditors , foreign creditors and home nuyers are fked

endhi picchi picchi kaburlu. how can you offer property as repayment - bank gave you cash you need to payback c ash. you can sell property yourself and pay them. Problem is they cant sell that much property so quickly - its not possible.

But when govt takes over they can compensate home buyers first, slowly sell property and recover it.

So far ccp has ruled out any rescue plan until the firm declares bankruptcy , hundreds of such cases in india too .
