I ended up declining the offer , below are some points . - ve: - You are allowed to wfh for couple days in a week . But you can’t wfh either on Monday or Friday . (8am to 5pm mandatory hours) I think they do the same once they reopen. - No work life balance - Not a paymaster - I don’t remember exactly , but they have wired policy for vacation . (Something like you can’t take more than 2/ 3 weeks and you need to apply in advance for long vacation ) .
