you said sendral did land acqusiition in amravati. There was no acquisition - it was pooling.

It could have been easily acquired with land acquisition act at much cheaper price. 

On one side you people claim govt doesn't have few thousand crores to acquire land but at the same time you people call for lakhs of crores in tenders / projects for the same land
