Not sure if you are a active Pulka or Passive Pulka...

Caste angle leedhu ante dheenitho navvaalo theliyatla.

Me based in the UK and travelled several times in job purpose to USA between 2014-2018. Born and brought up in Vijayawada and to my fate did B.tech from most casteist college in Vijayawada. Asalu 2015 lo Capital announce cheyyagaane...adhi oka Kulam achievement gaa yegiri yegiri paddaaru...last ki bokka boorla paddaaru.

Jagadu is the right poison for the disease of casteism in Krishna/Guntur districts

vallu feel ainantha mathrana adhi caste achievement avuthadha ? vallu feel avuthunnarani nee oori ke nippu pedthaaniki ready ayyavu kadhara.

Pawanal hit kodithe adhi mee caste achievement ani feel ayyevallu okkadu kooda undara ? vunnantha maathrana pawan vere vallaki inka hero kaakoodatha.

You may work in US/UK but your moral development is worse than a village level paaler. I think they have better morals.

Dude - amravati is not KG capital - it is state capital. If you want equal development of village and city at the sametime you should elect a mao.

A state capital without states ownership of land.

Hyderabad had thousands of acres of gov owned land in comparison , even Chennai and Bengaluru has more gov land than both krishna , Guntur districts combined

Ultimate beneficiaries will only be very limited , state will not benefit much

The market value of that land will be around 6-9k crores before this capital mumbo jumbo .

@Telugodura456 ultimately you have to be clear on what amaravathi is .

Is it a capital for administration of the state ?

Is it something that is meant as financial engine of the state ?  An engine that has to be fed by the state for decades to start bearing results

If not spending lakhs of crores on amaravathi is a crime then all regions must start raising their voices on the injustice to them too

Clearly both failed...CBN is the dumbass..Jagan is another..welfare schemes need income. AP ki income generate city ledhu. Without that incone it would be burden on general public esp Middle and lower middle class .as they dont qualify on welfare schemes but they have to contribute much for the state income...welfare schemes should be like a medicine when sick.

Perfect ga chepparu .

amaravathi is also a welfare scheme for the real estate batch .

Nijam ga  state ki income generation kaavali antey we would have to become like industrial state like Gujarat, tamil nadu.IT sector is a  ship that sailed long ago

Amaravathi ni oppose chesthey welfare ki support kaadhu , Andhra's potential only lies with industrial  growth

I am clear bro. Capital already means admin center. So no need to repeat that. It is a replacement for loss of hyd and put AP on par with neighboring states like TN.,Kar, TG.

Now there is no way amravati will be as big as hyd or chennai or bang in next 25 years. But that doesnt mean it cannot have a USP. the USP is a planned city of such a large area that none of them offer.

Benefits are below :

a) Amaravathi itself is a destination of investment. This will bring jobs and help retain andhras youth within andhra. Andhra pradesh govt is spending laks of rupees on each student. If these students work in chennai or bang - is it not a loss?

b) Amaravathi will be a conduit to direct investment to other areas for state. Any state should have a proper place to host if someone like bill gates or clinton comes. Vizag just wont cut it. with planned dev - amravathi will easiliy be a global hosting place within 10 years.

c) Change the culture of andhra from rural, caste biting, groupist mentality to urban, individual, broadminded. This can only be achieved under rapid urbanization under state control (not urbanization elsewhere - we have people going to UK/UK but the moment they think of andhra have the same caste group think).

Gandhinagar is a planned capital with 100% govt land ownership of and it is  considered a failure economically

It's the older cities in gujarat that are pulling up the state like ahmedabad , Vadodara , surat , etc

Edho Hyderabad planned city ayinattu veelani host chesindhi mari

Amaravathi area was never an Destination of investment historically , there are far better places to develop to get investments

Gandhinagar is not developed by CBN. we have top quality administrators in andhra. A global diaspora. Andhra elite (andhra includes whole area from nellore to srikakulam and rayalaseema) is much more broadminded and capable of bringing investment than gujratis where  you have to smuggle to drink a beer. These are meaningless comparisions.
