buying a home is good school areas is done not just when one has kids, but also to preserve the demand in market

it is easy to sell if the home is good schools zone, add the appreciation as well

TX ki 10% correction is possible, 400K home dropping to 280K is impossible, ala vaste malli desis ee 2nd homes konestaaru

home are being chased by big investment firms now, specially TX, the chance of prices going down are quite less as long as people are moving into TX

Democrats in CA will ensure more people move to TX in the near future that will keep the demand going, wealth is being transferred silently from CA to TX even if some morons cant see it

Finally edo okati cheppuri ra ayya, ee CA TX dilemma tho  ne sastunna last 1 yr. One thing for sure i observed CA homes appreciate and hold value in long run and easy to sell off,may  be lack of few new homes popping up. Texas lo evadu soodu prefers  new construction and north east facing😜. So not sure whether they hold this 800k value in long run and besides high property taxes is every month PIA.

Experts throw some light, intla lolli ekkuvindi to move to texas🤦‍♂️

NE kakunna in general homes ee value retain chestaya bro?  Ofcrse texas doesn't have income tax but home insurance + prop taxes eat lot more than ur income tax
