for a medical college permission, 200 seats vunna college permission ki almost 20 plus departments vundali....like orthapaedics, gynae,anatomy, dermatology etc laaga 20 departments kante ekuva vundali...ivi just MBBS requirements. Ade PG vunte inka additional expenditure..

kam se kam 25 acre land..every medical college should have a minimum of 500 beds attached hospital. 

iga nuvve lekka esuko, oka full fledge 500 bed hospital with 20 departments, ledu ledu anna oka 200 faculty, 1000 plus staff, inkoka 500 plus para medical staff, college, library theatres, teaching and training costs, hostel, learning resources, etc.

Thus, cost of setting up a medical college is not an easy task, upwards of 500 crores. Only Govt has the ability to set up such scale medical colleges. Private colleges aithe they start with just 50-100 seats and gradually increase the facilities over a period of time.

Permission rakapodaniki emundi ?

If the government completes the checklist, they will get all required permissions. anthe kani nothing like they won't. Just like an automated way of getting permission...you satisfy all the conditions, and you get permissions.

Moreover, permissions kadu kani set up chesinaka Medical Counsil of India valla inspections vuntayi, avi kastha tough...

Moreover 7880 crores will not be released in an year kada....it will be released phase wise over a period of atleast 5 years..
