Is it better to apply H4EAD ourselves or by approaching an Attorney??

Please advise if it is better to apply H4EAD by ourselves or is it better by approaching an Immigration Attorney?

 

Please provide your suggestions and costs involved.

nuvve cheseyyu..... very simple...  attorney tho chepiste 1k pothadi (regret aythav naa laga)... nuvvu fill chesi apply cheyyu... also SSN kooda kaavali ani oka field untadi adi kooda check cheyyu incase ssn lekapothe, EAD tho ssn kooda vastadi else ssn ki malli inko trip eyyali ssa office ki.

edo letter rasinattu ade format lo raasavu.

its pretty simple and straight fwd...I-765 form fill chey. there are two checkboxes that u need to choose....First time filing or extension ah ani...so choose based on that. 

C-26 ani oka deggara mention cheyyali....its type of job...most H4's fall under that category.

google it as filled or completed H4 EAD application sample form ani....there are couple of websites who will give u details....hardly 30mins lo fill cheyyochu...there is no way you will miss or do a mistake...only thing to keep an eye is use the latest I-765 form...USCIS keeps updating these forms, so expired form aithe deny chestharu....anthe nothing else

yea. you get 2 different receipts. H4 approve ayyaka EAD approve ayitadi i guess.
