So, what exactly needs to be prepared for?

Vaccines are here....vaccination is in full swing. testing capacity at 5 million tests per day...

Only remaining thing is to keep ready at least 10 million beds equipped with 24/7 oxygen supply, make sure remdesivir's are available in plenty (which does not work), train million health care workers to deal with pandemic, another 10 million workers to trace and catch anyone who is violating quarantine rules...and another hundred thousand new doctors, open 1000 medical colleges and about 1000 new 500 bed hospitals in every mandal...only then we can deal with pandemic. and all these things need to happen in the shortest possible time...like weeks and months.

and most importantly do all these things free, remove tax on medical bills..and when debt reached peak levels, then shout a loud.
