This is a long pending demand and it's needed.

Kosi river breach tarvata chala mass migration ayindi especially north bihar la...last 30-40 years la intha migration jarigindi ante ikade..as it did not happen overnight, no one really cares about it but oka 1 year la ledu ledu anna half million people migrated elsewhere because of kosi river breach...dense population which depended on agriculture, cannot do farming anymore.

If not the whole of Bihar, at least 4-5 districts should be pulled out of poverty.
