How much Interest rate is he offering? Did you try with multiple lenders?

2.95% high man, we got 2.5% fixed with 10% down through US Bank

Home rates will appreciate more only in the first 15 years. Tharvatha repairs and bokka ani demand will go down everywhere. We dont intend to keep beyond 15 years no matter.

10-12 years avvaganeee we might start another application for new house. Not sure about pros and cons but thats the plan.
