All are same, no difference. Only way United or air India may help is if Dubai govt stops flights from India...

ya...united airlines showing 4000$ where as emirates showing 1000$ for the dates which i want to travel..

India is supposed to peak during Jan and Feb, so anything can happen. . whatever you do, make sure you have a backup. Also , book direct and book with good credit card and get insurance
