Depends on severity one of my friend was tested positive and he had mild symptoms just cold cough fever he was just asked to take medicines and stay quarantined at home if there are breathing issues then will be hospitalized

My doctor asked us to do nothing. She mentioned it may pass away like regular cold .

No medicines. Just quarantine. eat well. Eggs, chicken, nuts, oranges and drink lot of water. I got positive with mild symptoms and no medicine given by my pcp
