Anyone bought a home in masterplanned community like Windsong Ranch or Mustang Lakes Whispering wines..communities chala bagunnai..but how is Indian community in these neighborhoods.. I don't want to go too far into Celina wanna stay too far from Frisco border where lot of community benefits like temple or curry points or restarunts or office in plano..

also if there are any other master planned community on 380(university dr) or 289 (preston) Custer or Coit or Virginia or independence or Eldarado or lakeforest or ridge or Stonebridge or glenoaks dr..for new construction homes or 2 or 3 yr old homes with decedent Indian community please let me know..

I bought a midsized home in June in mckinney but now looking to settle down with 3500sft home and new construction and master planned community features..

Nenu 400 listed house 430 ki konna..right now it's like 490k..but I plan to rent that one..not sell it..

Any new community  in Prosper, McKinney, Celina, Little Elm and Frisco - you can expect 50-99% desis.. so don’t worry

I stay 2 mins dr from swadesi..I know what u mean..but I enjoy evening Irani Chai and snacks from there ..

But swadesi is one bit there are countless places here and new ones keep opening up..gullypoint my latest fav for panipuri Street side eating experience .. There is mobile desi truck comes with breakfast into subdivisions on main n Coit and saravna bavan a2b sankalp and mira pizza Minerva mirchi bawarchi swagath dwaraka padmas Sai gayatri desi district Spicerack Chennai Cafe mougali express.few of it I can remember countless Indian places..if u wanna live like king ur and enjoy weather this is the place to live...

Windsong Ranch Mustang lakes lo lot of desis unnaru not like in Frisco but decent community ! Those communities are already sold out but 2016 and later houses for sale untey chudu… schools chudali.. Frisco ISD ayithey better !
