Family ni kuda white rice thinodhu ani cheppu. Em nashtam ledhu. Your meal should include complex carbs, good amount of protein, healthy fats and some kuragay. Another meal keep it simple like omlet and salad, chicken breast and buttermilk ,fruit and oatmeal etc. you can snack on fruits, almonds and peanuts.
