Do at least 30 mins cardio like threadmill or elliptical.

Use calorie tracking apps like myfitnesspal and make sure you eat within calorie limits.

Weightloss doesn't happen in a day. The slower the loss the healthier and you don't gain faster unless you eat crazy again

Always have combination of carbs + protein. That is enough to keep everything in Control 

1 cup rice Antey same 1 cup chicken 

or 3 eggs ala

I followed a program called Naturally slim and lost almost 15-20 lbs in a span of 3-6 months. It is more of food psychology. 

 

Plan:

Things you need:

1. Bottle of water with some orange juice mixed.

2. Peanuts in a ziplock. 

 

Things to do:

AVOID SUGARS in all forms and shapes for 21 days.

1. Try to skip breakfast in the morning unless you feel hungry. 

2. Eat light break fast of your choice. [ Dont fill the plate , but just serve what you need].

3. If you are hungry mid morning  eat few peanuts and keep on sipping that diluted orange juice. 

4. Eat light lunch. Dont fill your tummy. Eat slowly and enjoy each bite. Make sure you re eating your food slowly over 15-20 minutes. You can eat lunch of your choice.

5. Dinner : Ditto as lunch. 

6. Try to incorporate some form of exercise. Walking on a treadmill/ go for a walk if you live in a tropical climate. 

 

If you follow these measures you will definitely lose decent amount of weight.

Carbs limited ga thinnadi….we ate rice for majority of our life so we cannot skip it….substitute for white rice is brown rice but again quantity always matters…like wise substitute multigrain/whole grain atta for normal atta 

portion control is very important to lose weight….eat what ever you like but in very small portions to satisfy your craving…for example one spoon of ice cream in a day instead of controlling your craving 

Breakfast is important meal of our day which gives us energy for whole day….try to skip dinner but not breakfast 

protein chaala important when you are on diet….take healthy proteins like egg, meats, paneer, tofu….if you are vegetarian eat dal, tofu, paneer,rajma…..everything should be in limited quantity again 

drink lots and lots of water….divide your weight(lbs) by 2/3 to know how much ounces of water you need to drink daily

if you do all the above also….being active is very important….do some kind of exercise everyday for atleast 30mins to 1 hour

How do u manage cravings or parties if any

nenu ee diet follow ayya. picture perfect emi kadu but working for me.

1. I’m coffee lover and only drink black coffee. No sugar or milk.

2. Breakfast skip cheyyanu and will take toasted bread or cereals.

3. Lunch ki edo oka curry tinnta with a small bowl with rasam or sambar. No rice.

4. Evening snack walnut with some curd and bananas.

5. Dinner ki Oatmeal or maggie.

Ivi kakunda fruits ekkuva tinnta like grapes, pears, apples and bannanas.

Nenu gym person kadu so do extensive hiking or running. every alternate day two miles lo mountain undi so hike chesta that burns 1200calories. Weekend oka roju inko pedda hike ki velta that burns 1700calories. 

8 pounds in one month and counting

stop eating rice

oka poota salad tinu

1 gallon water per day

2nd poota aapukolekapothe some south indian tiffin

week ki 5 days workout for atleast 30 min.. atleast 150 cal tho start 

2 months lo 15 pounds taggaka pothe nannu adugu
