When a person is lazy to do basic tasks and gets addicted to something illegal, what can government do? One must bust his or her asss to earn bread. Why blame govt? 
 

America extends so much help financially to people who are willing to put in some effort. One example is education. A good student who is a GC or Citizen in america, will get the needed support to finish education at a decent school with little to no costs. Grants, low interest federal loans, scholarships and many more perks if the student is serious about his or her education and maintain good grades. Can get internships and gain experience during college, graduate and get a FT job with a decent degree/grades and exp. A good plan for success.

but no, people do not want to do that, they would rather work 16 hours at McD than go to school and get a degree. They get addicted to wrong things and end up on the roads and blame the govt.
