South facing is the best facing in US. But mostly mana Telugus somehow don’t go for it and they are not much useful to India or US. So don’t stress out much about which direction your house faces. Check the plan and decide if that works for you or it in terms of natural Lighting privacy and other stuff that you want your home to be .
