visited the community, looks good but enduku antha crazy bidding $30-$50k bid ani chepparu.. naku mind block ayindhi. I see there are some positives with this community (close to 401k, Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot, Kohls, day cares, schools and restaurants), house ki house ki Manchi space ichadu, lot of light in the community.. but ah bidding enduku antha high anedhi ardham kavadam ledu, especially when interest rate are going high..

wanted some advice before I enter into this bidding war 😜

Desis are mostly looking to get in desi communities, previously also it’s there but now there are too many looking to buy and inventory is very low. So builders cashing on it. Nothing special. Same phenomenon in several cities. Even when no bidding builders are just jacking up prices because they know desis will buy.

I would wait man. I think biding war will cool down soon for sure, hoping house prices will also cool down little bit.

Agree bro.. Lennar vadu economical builder.. ekkada oka dollar migulthunda ani chusthadu.. e community model home chusanu, bane undi.. some homes are in construction, saw those, looks to be okay.
