Atla anukolem chicha… 1998 varaku alaage anukunnaru 2000 changed it…

2007 time ki taggede lay annaru 2008 changed it…

US lo edaina possible !  US lo out or right konestham anukuney valla % chala takkuva… they easily get scared and screw the market for any small turbulence. You never know what the catalyst could be !

2022 is different than 2007 or 2000..ippudu undantaniki ekkada illu kooda dorakatledu because of lack of inventory plus too many bidding buyers in the market.

Daniki main reason job market stable undatam and market lo medium small businesses ki government nundi financial help ravatam valla… interest rates too low avvatam was another reason.

people wanted to move and have a stable shelter. 
Things change very fast. Mid 2020 daka lenidi all of a sudden antha need ekkadi nundi ochindanukunnav? 
there were people before too. Things will all change. The % of people that are willing to spend anything on housing is getting low. With interest rate hikes and too much inflation they will run away and take shelter somewhere else !
