Job market is key for any correction , stocks padithe jobs also will be in jeopardy. Inka pandemic valla boom ayina jobs will be in jeopardy like in case of peloton. Need to see if this will be wide spread.

multiple homes issue - i am not sure. rent decrease is a much better issue than unable to rent.

Actually money pumping valla stock market perigindi, more number of jobs created plus stimulus/eviction moratorium/foreberance valla few people quitted….Veeti valla job market was good and lot of people could do multiple jobs but once money pumping stops everything goes back to normal by next year

Interest rates perigayi. That itself should flatten the housing market.

Now stock market correction and other factors will drive the house market
