for example, if there are 2 jobs in a household, no need to worry about paying mortgage even if one of them loses job…but if one’s visa is dependent on another, better to have back up plans

so all these house prices will never come down.. market is too hot and majoroty of folks buying houses are double income familiy..some triple too...

2 yrs nunchii adhe antunnaruu vacccine raaage silent aypothaaru ani.. but no way....  prices will be same bidding war undaakapochuu but house prices matram thaaagaavuu... oka base line set ayyi undhii.... no one will beyond that...

Double/triple income unna vaalaki…may be they have rental property other than their primary home….if there are no renters, then they will not be able to pay mortgage….if there was so much money in the market, why Christmas sales fell last year?

2008 lo ade jarigindi….inflation ochinapudu, karchulu thaginchukuntaaru(mostly rent)….ikkada citizens move in with theirs parents or will rent cheaper homes

what you said won't happen vuncle....we are now into a completely new era altogether...whether or not Fed increases the interest rates, the housing prices will keep rising...post-pandemic everything has changed...nothing will come down...everything will go up except the salaries for single income people....

Ledu kaka. Drastic increase ayina areas like Texas FL AZ cities will go for about 20-30% correction. That could be for about 1-2 years and things will rise again !

Don't sell house now peoplenare not gonna buy for higher price because of interest rates.

Wait for interest rate dip in next few years and it will be the best time to sell
