It’s your decision….depends on lot of factors

1. Single income/ multiple income - if multiple, you can take risk 

2. FT or contracting - FT aithe go for it, since you can live in that house for atleast 5years

3. current interest rate is 3.6….one year is a long time, we cannot predict 

4. do you have school going kids - if kids are completing elementary in 1-2 years, better to check how the middle school is 

5. Do your math - interest,PMI,house tax entha padthundo calculate chesi budget decide chesukondi
