last before year there was swing in eads, now see what happened to real estate

I don’t think this alone will impact whole usa but will inflate prices in specific pockets like in Austin, tampa

Veedu chepedhi vintey time bokka.
Think rational and logical bhayaa. There are not enough homes but people are still willing to buy. inko pakka rentals steep ga perigipoyay again forcing people to buy.

Crash will happen only when the demand reduces immediately.. People are buying regardless of the interest rate increases. He will eventually become right.. down the line 3-5 years.. not this year.. as real estate doesn't crash like stock market.

He is trying to make views by fear mongering.

Immigrants make very little population compared to US…..low interest rates attracted everyone and let’s not forget money from forbearance, eviction moratorium and stimulus

if the housing inventory increases, they will not reduce price, instead they will give lot of upgrades for free just to make sure the bank rates and value of existing houses does not reduce.

He clearly mentioned in the video . Housing crash will happen in low income areas.

Housing will not crash in good income areas like Frisco, coppell, Southlake, prosper, keller.

I think everyone missed this part in the video.
