TI doesn't have a fab.. neither does TS as far as I know.. TI's american Fab is slated for 2025.

Yep, misread it as nvidia and amd. cHIPs should benefit intel and micron immensely. AMD spun off global foundry and not sure if they reenter that space again

Intel has many fab sites, they manufacture their own chips albeit some outsourced to other foundries like TSMC. Their foundry services division is new meaning they will start manufactureling  chips on the lines of TSMC or Samsung for qcom, amazon and may be even apple.
