It is old city but well planned city with better roads, drainage system and greenery. 500-750K lo neeku house vastadhi with lake in the backyard. Schools are amazing. Overland park is another option in south Florida with better schoold. In the future, if you decide to leave the place, it is very easy to rent in weston area as the schools are amazing.
