Jokes apart, Location aithe manchi strategic location. Can become a satellaite township for North Telangana. 

Suchitra, Kompally used to be city's entry points in the North...Kandalakoya will become a new entry point, with expensive luxury homes and markets...everything will be newly built so can expect the area to become a good hot spot...If I was a local there, I will buy a plot.

Do you know “dhola re dhani” dhaba? It’s near that place. Bowenpally nundi seedha po okkate thovva yada agaku kandlakoya vastadi. Golden quadrilateral ani road 15 years back vajpayee unappudu eshinru road appude 8 lane highway adi. Toopran daka spread aitadi antunaru hmda limits.

Kompally side idi, Kandlakoya is 11 km from Suchitra Center and 6 km from Kompally Cross Roads, just like hitech ante regarded as west Hyderabad mothamu, same like kompally which circles 5-6 borrows until kondlakoya, currently it is the fast upcoming area occupied by middle and upper middle class. After hitech city edanna area posh ga develop ayitundi ante Kompally ne. 6000 per sft nadutunnadi ippudu. Chala famous food and beverage outlets, international schools baga vachayinayi side ippudu -so far it is hidden from hitech city hype

same case with infy pocharam.. genpact tappa inka pedda companies rale over past 10 yrs.. land rates ite inflate chesi paresaru last 3-4 yrs lo but not improvement in terms of companies in that area 

Have you been to pocharam lately? They are quoting 3.2 crores for a villa, that area is transformed like anything. In fact Infosys and Genpact are expanding. infosys has a capacity of 50k employees

Infosys started as a 8000 employee facility in pocharam and now grew to 50-60k employees facility and could be their largest

Yes.. I worked thr till 2017 eppatiki no change vaa sane companies but rates lepi mingaru..  pocharam campus will be Infosys largest campus in terms of capacity..

3,4 yrs varaku reasonable unde rates.. now edo sudden ga ipoinattu penchesaru status lo no change..  except northies bachelors none stays thr..  aa rates petti kone vallaki 🙏

Yes, ivi low cost centers, I was campus recruited by TCS back in the day and my first project as a fresher was at SEBI, it is a low cost center and 8 people out of 10 member team used to have  less than 2 years of experience, once we had 2 years of experience we were promoted to high billable projects, and that’s how company managed to make money by operating from low cost centers, I soon quit to pursue masters but I had friends who worked through TCS at SBI, PAN cards etc. 

Infosys ilargest maintenance is Aadhar and I guess for such low cost centers areas like Uppal makes perfect sense.

people buying villas are not the ones working at Infosys but regular people are buying them as there are no villa communities in that stretch until pocharam
