By the time you save 100K for down payment, home prices appreciate by 150K.. think differently buy a small cheap home to begin with, build equity, when ready go for big one by selling old one, this way you are not paying rent and also building equity benefit of this strategy, you have something to call it a home dont chase a house, buy a home, there is difference between both 2000 sqft is a home perfectly used for family, 4000 sqft is a home to show off where 2000 sqft is left for furniture or empty room to enjoy stop looking for east facing homes in desi ghettos aka new developments dont compare with what others bought, home is for you not others, if your friends are coming to see your status by looking at your home. they are not friends, keep far away from them 2 12 Quote
