As long as you don't compare with others 11l will get things done.. plus every year increments timely promotions, payscale lo changes osthai kabatti you will be comfortable.

12 L starting salary is very good, in fact software lo kuda ala undadu but as someone said above don’t compare with your software friends. Neeku disposable income takkuva untadi but you will have benefits long term.
