I think one should invest energy in business,  startups or any other ventures more than looking for IT jobs at 20s. And job icchadu kadha ani loyalty ga undali lanti sollu kaburlu is waste of time for these IT companies in my opinion

Well It depends on project.. but big 5 lo new joiner mostly ends working on monitoring/tkting tools... few who are good at programming will be placed in development and may be thy face the heat.. 

Manam ina new project/company lo join inaka initial hiccups common a kada..

telisina abbai joined infy worked for couple of years before moving abroad; he says the initial training that infy ppl give is very good during the probation but later on its actual work is nothing.

Yaa training end lo exam results batti Delivery heads teskuntaru.. if thy perform avg to poor they land as system  or monitoring tool admin with nearly no work... programming lo string unte manchi project lo padataru appudu work pelipoddi.

well said.. I myself did work for MNC for under 12k rupees per month . ( a zamanalo).

First thing is, college prepared us how to crack IT company interviews no other option or choice was given. Even if we wanted to go to startups we had no idea where to start . Mana education antha antha matrame.

may be ippudu scene marindhi yemo.

Hmm Mechanical lo 10k salary koda ekuve. 

If I train someone and give them salary what you expect? 1 lakh per month? 

India is not a place to grow as enterprenuer you dont even have matches when you own business vs when you are employee.
