Fresher ga join avvadam totally fine. U need a start. But some people get stuck there for decades

possible reason: They were waiting for someone in india to get H1B visa stamped. And you were temporary until they got their visa. Once they got the visa they might have offered similar salary mostly they were happy with your work but financially it was not a good decision from account manager perspective.

2009-2012 times lo desi MNC salaries were 55K to 65K. And that was a reasonable salary then
