and that doesn't still make USSR India's friend, given India led the Non Aligned coalition. USSR simply wanted India on its side against the US.

Russia is not even trying to fight the US now, and doesn't need India at all.

Concur, 

India is more like peace, cos they arent capable of standing in a war, they know that, their nukes are only 562 something, not a big defense, as they never cared sh1t about country defense, these leaders say nly one word,, shanti/peace. bla bla.... country has had been made its focus only in developing corruption, caste politics sh1t, be it centre or state, leaders are capable of making scam sh1ts over and over, people dont give a dam n either, so apparently india lacks anything related to wars, no courage no strength...
