Not concentrated like alcohol or tastes nothing like alcohol, it tastes like a bitter sweet juice as kids we used to brink it and it doesn’t hold a taboo like alcohol in our households.  Prodatti kallu ante pilla nundi pedda valla daka demand as it tastes sweet and nice. Also it has medicinal properties like cools off your body in summers, cleans digestive system etc

unless you down 3-4 bottles you don’t lose it. But what you get in cities is contaminated with other substances to drive the kick or tastes too bitter because it has been tapped out for too long

Kallu Shops lo never do it, fresh off the tree is the best - roadside on highways or ippudu kondaru kajjura/plam farms lo serve chestunnaru, actually Telangana government (Goud associations) Neera ani bottled and fermented kallu ammaniki plans unde, mostly from this year
