Trump says Pence WON'T be his VP on the ticket if he runs in 2024 because they haven't spoken in a long time and he doesn't think voters would 'accept' him

  • Donald Trump said hat if he runs for president again in 2024, he will not be adding ex-Vice President Mike Pence to the ticket 
  • The former president said that his voters wouldn't 'accept' Pence as VP again
  • It comes as Pence continues to distance himself from his once-boss
  • Pence has expressed interest in running in 2024, and said Trump's candidacy would not affect whether he continued a bid 
  • Trump has not definitively said whether he will run for a third time
