i am following ppl routine bro.. pull push legs. one cycle lasts 3 days. 2 cycles per week. so 6 days in a week bro.

initially started with full body workout 3 days a week and then progressed to upper/lower split 4 days a week. but volume became too handle and i had to distribute over 6 days. now i am able to recover better. best lift so far is deadlift bro.. 280 lbs i am able to do.. which is good for a beginner i think.. naddi viragakunte chaalu 😂

Good bro.. 👍

Do progressive overload by adding 2.5 lbs or 5lbs next week. Do 5x5 and repeat and rinse for atleast 4-6 weeks. Then go for 225lbs... make sure there is a spotter behind you

Super bro..but when you feel like you got bored, try to change to a different workout..

i actually follow chest, shoulders/lats/back, legs and abs…biceps/triceps almost everyday..5-6 days a week

i usually do 225 lbs deadlift but I like to do more reps at least 10
