Oka sari big bank ni adugu call chesi rate and locking for 6 months, which will get you to October 
dont know where you are closing, texas lo ithe 2 months delay untundi easy ga so even 6 months is risk. Go with your builder is my suggestion

 who is the lender bhayya, I'm also in same boat my closing is in august looking for a lender who can lock interest rate before 6 months
