Musk can't run twitter, even if he takes it private. he's dumb enough to think problem with Twitter is 'free speech' or some such bs. No.. it is the way humans behave when there are no consequences to such behaviour. Musk can't handle unruly people on twitter, whether from the right or the left. The simple truth is, Twitter can't be run without censoring bad behaviour, and sometimes even true news that is pushed by a lot of people who behave like assholes.
