don’t lose sleep over intrest rates yet.  
Temporary ga 1-7 or 1-10 sign cheyi, you can get it refinanced later if situation demands.

1-1.5 years ante to far away, recession or inflation taggute malla rates taggistaru, this is a temporary phase by the time you get your house things will settle back to 2019 levels

There is no rule that we are going back to under 3 rates on next 5-10 years . The rates started coming down only in 2019. They were always high 4s , and above 5 before that

back out if that options is available with out loosing money . Not worth buying with 6-7 interest rates with these rates and Texas property taxes
