Have to add more greens I don't stick to one particular thing. I mix and match. There are weeks where i hardly eat any rice at all. No breakfast, only black coffee with sweetener. Afternoons i only eat meat and veggies in cafeteria. Evenings tea if i have mood. Dinner some rice/ chapathi and Indian curry stuff.

For example ,If you have long weekend, one day skip meals and eat only when you are hungry etc. 6.5 is not a big number. If you could lose some 5-10 lbs and regular healthy diet and exercise you will be good. Greens ante -- you can add cucumber /zuchini to your diet. Like a salad.

Otherwise you are setting yourself for failure with target burden. You can still drink one or 2 beers here and there too. One day is not going to alter much. Rest of the week matters.
