Why parboiled bro? Less sugar?

Low glycemic index and high fiber bro

Parboiled glycemic index is around 38-40

White rice somwehere between 55-75 based on type or rice

Glycemic index:

The glycemic index (GI) is a value used to measure how much specific foods increase blood sugar levels. Foods are classified as low, medium, or high glycemic foods and ranked on a scale of 0–100. The lower the GI of a specific food, the less it may affect your blood sugar levels

I don't stick to one particular thing. I mix and match. There are weeks where i hardly eat any rice at all.

No breakfast, only black coffee with sweetener.

Afternoons i only eat meat and veggies in cafeteria.

Evenings tea if i have mood.

Dinner some rice/ chapathi and Indian curry stuff.

Thats the best diet. Consistency is the key. Fast for longer times whenever you could. For example ,If you have long weekend, one day skip meals and eat only when you are hungry etc.

6.5 is not a big number. If you could lose some 5-10 lbs and regular healthy diet and exercise you will be good.

Greens ante -- you can add cucumber /zuchini to your diet. Like a salad.

You can eat biryani once in a while during gatherings etc. I don’t think it will affect much.  You should relax yourself once in a while. Otherwise you are setting yourself for failure with target burden.  You can still drink one or 2 beers here and there too. One day is not going to alter much. Rest of the week matters.
